Shipping & Returns

When Will My Order Ship:

Most orders ship in 3 - 7 business days.

Certain items may be shipped separately and have different delivery times.

 

Address Changes, Order Cancellations and Non-Deliverable Orders:

If an error has occurred in your order and you notify us immediately we will attempt to assist in correcting the error.

After the order has left the pending queue we cannot assist in any way and orders must be returned as per our Return Policy.

If your order is returned to us undeliverable or refused, a refund is issued less return freight charges and a 20% restocking fee.

Original shipping is non-refundable.

Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of your delivery date. We do not accept returns after 15 days of your delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once we receive your return, we will send you an email to let you know if your return is approved or rejected. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@homedecorandbeyond.co and we'll provide you with further instructions.

Shipping to the United States

Ground Shipping: Free Shipping on all orders within the United States.

Orders generally ship via FedEx Home Delivery, FedEx Ground, USPS Parcel Select, or USPS Priority Mail.

The same rates apply for residential and commercial addresses.

No service to PO boxes, Alaska, Hawaii and APO/FPO .

International Shipping

Please refer to the product checkout page to verify if your product selection is available to be shipped internationally.

Order Tracking:
It may take up to two business days to receive your tracking number.

You will receive an automated shipping confirmation via email promptly after your tracking number becomes available.

Please note that your tracking number will be valid, however, your package may take a few additional days to appear in the carrier's system.

Delivery:
Delivery times are estimated only and not guaranteed.

Holiday seasons may require additional time.
